Kwame Insaidoo, the host of the Mid-Morning Affair on GBC Uniiq FM and staff of the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation, has been nominated for the Radio Mid-Morning Show Personality of the Year at the Syntax Ghana Media Personality Awards 2023. The award ceremony is set to take place on June 25, 2023, at the A.M.A. Snap Cinema at 7 p.m.
The Syntax Ghana Media Personality Awards is an annual event that recognises outstanding personalities in the media industry. The Radio Mid-morning Show Personality of the Year is one of the most coveted awards, and Kwame Insaidoo is among the top nominees.
Kwame Insaidoo is a seasoned broadcaster with decades of rich radio experience in the industry. He is one of the few living legends and founding fathers of GBC’s first FM stereo station in the Twin City, Sekondi-Takoradi’s Twin City Fm (94.7), in 1995. He is currently a senior manager at GBC and a prominent voice on the mid-morning show on Ghana Broadcasting Corporation’s Uniiq FM, and his nomination is well-deserved.
The award ceremony promises to be a night to remember, with some of the biggest names in the media industry expected to attend. The event will be an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of media personalities in Ghana and recognise their contributions to the industry.
