The Supreme Court has granted James Gyakye Quayson seven more days to file a review, challenging the declaration of his election as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin North as unconstitutional by the  Apex Court.

A single Justice of the Apex Court, Justice Ernest Yao Gyawu, today, June 22, 2023 granted the application for extension of time to file the review.
