Donating blood is not just a responsibility; it is a privilege to be able to contribute to someone’s well-being and possibly save a life.”
Also, in a remarkable show of solidarity, staff of Sonotech also stepped forward to donate blood not only to underscore their belief in the cause, but to also serve as an inspiration for others to follow suit.
The event also had popular blogger Kobby Kyei donating blood.
Sharing her experience after donating, Miss Akosua Apefa, said “I have witnessed firsthand the importance of blood transfusions when a family member required one. Since then, I have made it a regular practice to donate blood and encourage others to do the same.”
The Event Committee expressed gratitude to all participants, partners, and volunteers who contributed to the event.
“The overwhelming support and engagement we witnessed today are truly heartening. We are immensely grateful to everyone who came forward to donate blood and support this cause. It is through collective efforts that we can make a lasting impact on the lives of those in need,” they said.
