The People’s National Convention (PNC) says the Minority causes financial loss to the state anytime they boycott Parliamentary Sitting in solidarity with their colleagues who are standing trial.

The Minority yesterday, July 6, 2023, boycotted sitting in order to accompany and solidarize with their leader, Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, and Member of Parliament (MP) for Assin North, James Gyakye Quayson.

This was in furtherance of a warning earlier issued by Dr. Forson that all the 137 NDC MPs would boycott Parliament anytime any of their members is to appear in Court.
