Ghana’s head coach, Otto Addo, is optimistic his team will beat Sudan in their second match of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers. The game will be played today, Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
In the first match last Thursday, the teams drew 0-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium in Ghana. Looking ahead to the upcoming game, Coach Otto Addo expressed that Ghana should have won the first match and is now determined to secure a win.
“Football can be unpredictable—you can have good or bad luck. But I do not think we will be unlucky three times in a row. If we play with the same attitude and belief, and stay mentally strong, I am confident we will win this time. The last game gave me a lot of hope,” Coach Addo said.
Ghana will face Sudan in Libya today 15th October, 2024, with the game starting at 13:00 GMT. The pressure is on for the Black Stars to win and keep their AFCON hopes alive.
