The NPP Presidential Candidate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will, on Monday, September 9, file his presidential nomination at the headquarters of the Electoral Commission.
A statement released and signed by the General Secretary of the NPP, Justin Kodua Frimpong, said the Vice President and Leader of the Party would be accompanied by his Running Mate and Vice Presidential Candidate, Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the Party’s National Chairman and General Secretary, the Majority Leader in Parliament, and some few Party Leaders.
According to the statement, the Presidential Candidate will later on address party sympathizers and the public at the Party’s National Headquarters after filing his presidential nomination.
