The Flagbearer of the NPP, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has taken his possibility campaign to Bia East, West and Aowin Constituencies in the Western North region, selling his Bold Solutions for Business and Jobs to constituents.
Engaging stakeholders at separate engagements in Aowin and Adabokrom, Dr Bawumia said the government has kept faith with Ghanaians by implementing policies that have brought relief to many.
He indicated that initiatives introduced in the educational sector for instance is transforming the sector, stressing that teachers and students will be given computer tablets to enhance teaching and learning.
Dr. Bawumia promised that a Bawumia Presidency will transform Ghana by addressing age-old legacy challenges, uplift lives, support the vulnerable, improve the economy and carry massive infrastructure development across Ghana.
After wrapping up his Campaign in the Western Region, the Presidential Candidate of the NPP Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and his Possibilities Campaign Trail moved to the Western North Region of Ghana.
He is in the Region to consolidate the gains of the NPP ahead of the December polls. His first port of call was in Aowin Constituency where he where he engaged stakeholders.
He then moved to Adabokrom in Bia East.
The Queen mother of Adabokrom Obaahemaa Afua Henewaa applauded the government for some development brought to the area, and asked for more.
Dr Bawumia in response pledged to address the challenges. He assured the traditional leaders that his government will bring the Chieftaincy institution closer to the people to support the country’s development.
Touching on some achievements, Dr Bawumia said the educational sector is being transformed, outlining some initiatives that his government will also do to consolidate the gains.
Dr. Bawumia said his policies of Tax Reforms, Industrialised Agriculture, Solar Energy, Gold Purchase Programme to support the cedi, Train One-Million Youth in Digitisation, Credit Scoring System among others will move Ghana to her next phase of development.
He appealed to the gathering to vote for him in the coming elections.
