Dr. Hassan Ayariga shakes Bawku in campaign launch; promises to rebuild Ghana

The presidential campaign of the All People’s Congress, APC, has been formally launched in Bawku in the Upper East Region with its candidate Dr. Hassan Ayariga. Dr. Ayariga has promised to tackle corruption, insecurity and the economy, when elected president in the December 2024 elections.

Dr. Hassan Ayariga arrived in the Bawku Municipality with a rousing welcome from the people. Many groups including candoo drivers, private business owners and the youth were motivated and joined the campaign trail of the APC candidate.

At the Zugrana’s Palace, Dr. Ayariga told the chiefs and people of Kusaug that it was time for their kind to become the President of this country.

“The 2024 elections is not an election for NDC or NPP. They are not interested in your welfare but their families. Let’s make a change in 2024 and vote Hassan Ayariga and the APC. I am your son and a committed young man who is bent on transforming and developing the Kusaug area when elected into office as president. There will a peaceful environment for women to trade. Dr. Ayariga is your best bet to rebuild this country” he explained.   

Dr. Ayariga also met with petty traders at the Bawku market and promised them of a better economy in his presidency.  He also met with the students of Bawku Senior High Technical School and encouraged them to take the future into their hands by voting for him.

“I believe in the power of education so I want to entreat all of you to learn hard so that in the near future you can occupy good positions like me. But don’t forget to inform your parents and families to vote for APC Hassan Ayariga as your president. I intend to empower our graduates to get good jobs. We don’t want you to become a burden to society” Dr. Ayariga advised.

Dr. Ayariga is set to campaign in all the six constituencies in the Kusaug area before he moves to the central zone and other constituencies in the Upper East Region. He also donated some 250 bags rice and some sugar to the Muslim community for their Eid celebration in Bawku.
