The Greater Accra Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Joseph Ade Coker, has stated that all the promises the New Patriotic Party (NPP) made cannot be delivered and the people of Ghana are hungry for the NDC to come back.
Speaking at the 9th Delegates Congress of the party, Mr. Coker asked the delegates to make informed choices to help the Party come back to power.
