NDC Flagbearer John Dramani Mahama has urged the EC and government to stop using the military to alter the results of the elections in favour of the NPP.

Addressing the media in Accra last night, Mr. Mahama stressed that the party will resist any attempt to change the verdict of the people.

He, therefore, called on supporters of the NDC to celebrate the party’s victory in clinching majority in Parliament which he claimed to be a precursor to their ultimate victory in the Presidential election.

General Secretary of the NDC, Johnson AsieduNketia charged the National Peace Council, the International Community and other well-meaning Ghanaians to intervene in preventing the EC and Government from using the military to change the election results as this could plunge the country into chaos.
