The national Campaign Director of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Professor Joshua Alabi, has admonished the Ghanaian voters not to be swayed by the governing New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) deceitful tactics ahead of the 2024 general elections slated for December 7.

He said he is of high confidence that Ghanaians will see through the NPP’s attempts to manipulate them and vote for the NDC in the 2024 general elections.

Addressing party faithfuls, and sympathizers at the NDC’s 2024 presidential and parliamentary campaign launch in Tamale, the regional capital of the Northern region on Saturday, July 27, 2024 Prof Alabi said “The people are wide awake and have seen the truth.”

On his part a former minister under the else while NDC administration, and a member of the NDC’s manifesto committee, Mr. Elvis Afriyie Ankrah shared a bold vision for the party’s performance in the Northern Region, aiming to win 14 out of the 18 seats available to be contested for come 7the December 2024.

He noted that while the Volta Region is the NDC’s stronghold, the Northern Region drives the party’s energy.

Mr. Afriyie Ankrah criticised the Akufo-Addo-Bawumia led government for economic mismanagement, stating, “Every single sector of the economy is in a mess.”

He believes this will compel Ghanaians to vote for the NDC, as they have seen through the government’s failures.

  1. Mr Joshua Alabi been there campaign director of the NDC have said this sometime before that, when you vote for the former president John Dramani Mahama , he can not give any accountability because he will only be in for just 4 years, so they should vote for him to lead the NDC 2024 presidential, so what have changed? And if the former president John Dramani Mahama will be in for 4 years when voted on to power, so why should Ghanaians have confidence in him., For me, the former president John Dramani Mahama would not be able to deliver of his vast promises within his 4 years term in office. Ghanaians should take a second look of this 2024 presidential election. God bless our home Ghana and make great and strong. Jeremiah 10 :10-11.
