The Emile Short Commission Investigating violence that characterized the Ayawaso West Wuogon by-election has ended its public hearing.
The Commission concluded its hearing with a visit to the 37 military hospital to hear the testimony of Yushan Yaro, who was shot in the leg during the violence.
Speaking on news and current affairs programme ‘Behind the News,’ a Peace and Security Expert, Colonel Festus Aboagye congratulated the Commission on their patience in working within stipulated time.
He said, the Commission’s work has helped to highlight some few critical issues affecting Ghana’s democracy.
