Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, the NPP Presidential Flagbearer Hopeful, is soon to speak to the public in a post-NPP Super Delegates Conference address, Spokesperson, Armstrong Essah indicated in an interview with Kafui Dey on the GTV Breakfast Show on Monday, August 28, 2023.
The Spokesperson was responding to the news that Mr. Kennedy Ohene Agyapong will have to face the Disciplinary Committee of the Party ”to provide responses and further details to the accusations and threats he made against certain personalities in a video that has since gone viral on social media and mainstream media”.
According to Mr. Essah, the Kennedy Agyapong Campaign Team is currently preparing some analysis on the issues to inform them in the presentation to the public.
He said they, however, have confidence in the Elections Committee and the work being done by the National Executive of the party on the polls.
”But what happened on Saturday is not a reflection of what will happen on November 4, 2023. We are Confident he will emerge Number 1 on November 4,” Mr. Agyapong’s Spokesperson stated.
His optimism stems from the fact that 280,000 people will be voting in November as compared to 951 who constituted Saturday, August 26 Electoral College Voting.
”The real showdown will be on November 4,” the Spokesperson posited.
