President John Dramani Mahama has pledged to bring about change, exercise sound judgment, and make timely decisions in his inaugural address as the newly elected President of Ghana.
Mahama acknowledged the country’s current dire circumstances, emphasizing his government’s commitment to restoring economic stability, promoting good governance, and implementing constitutional reforms
The President also expressed his determination to combat corruption, thanking Ghanaians for entrusting him with their mandate.
He assured the nation that, with the support of his Vice President, Naana Jane Opoku Adjemang, he will work tirelessly to bring back hope and embark on a journey of progress and inclusivity.
Mahama’s inaugural address marks the beginning of his new term as President, following his victory in the 2024 general elections.
