Bawku Central Member of Parliament (MP), Mahama Ayariga, is expected to become the next Majority Leader in Ghana’s Parliament. This comes as Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson shifts his focus to the Finance Ministry.

According to myjoyonline.com, sources close to the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) revealed this development amid discussions about the party’s parliamentary leadership. Dr. Ato Forson, initially named Majority Leader, has been nominated by President John Dramani Mahama as Minister of Finance due to his expertise in economics.
