Parliament on Tuesday approved six ministerial nominees who will go on to head crucial ministries.
They are Dr. Ato Forson-Minister for Finance, John Jinapor-Minister for Energy and Green Transition, Dr. Dominic Ayine-Attorney General and Minister for Justice, and Haruna Iddrisu-Minister for Education.
Others are Eric Opoku-Minister for Food and Agriculture and Kwame Agbodza-Minister for Roads and Highways.
The president administered three oaths to the ministers designate—the oath of allegiance, the oath of office, and the oath of secrecy.
President Mahama also presented the instruments of office to the newly sworn-in ministers, followed by the signing of the oath book.
