Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, one of the Eighteen Members of Parliament from the Volta Region, has launched “Operation 94% Vote for John Dramani Mahama” and for himself of the total valid votes come December 7, 2024.

In brief discussions with his Constituency Executives ahead of John Dramani Mahama’s campaign tour in the constituency, the MP urged all the executives from the branch level to the constituency level to work hard to achieve the target of 94% in order to give the NDC one-touch victory for the implementation of the 24-hour economy policy promised.

For the election of 2020 in the North Tongu Constituency, John Mahama obtained 41,847 of the total valid votes cast, representing 90.06%, and Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa for the Parliamentary retained the seat by securing a total of 42,011 votes, representing 89.71% of the total valid votes cast.

As hundreds of NDC supporters, including the Volta Regional Executives led by Chairman Mawutor Agbavitor, converged at Juapong awaiting the coming of President Mahama to the area for his Volta Regional Campaign of the 18 constituencies from Tuesday to Friday, Mr. Okudzeto seems to be optimistic of achieving his 94% target for the Party with commitment from his people.
