Voting has started at Madina Social welfare where four people are aspiring to represent the NDC in Parliament.
Alhaji Fusenu Failah, Hajia Rukaya Abubakar, Francis Xavier Sosu and and former national youth organiser SidiiAbubakar Musah.
Voting started around 7:30. There are three polling stations and thousand 512 people are expected to vote.
Earlier there was a misunderstanding about the ballot papers, which was agreed that it should be stamped and signed but a few people had started voting without the ballot being signed.
Voting was halted for the issue to be resolved. Francis Xavier Sosu expressed his dissatisfaction.
Another aspirant Sidii Abubakar Musah was optimistic of a win.
