The National Democratic Congress (NDC) says no private individual or group of persons would be allowed to perform security duties during tomorrow’s (May 25) elections to select Regional Executives for four existing regions and the six newly-created regions.
In this regard, no aspirant should be accompanied by personal security guard to any of the election grounds.
The party said only the Ghana Police Service has been contacted to provide security during tomorrow’s election.
Director of Elections of the party, Elvis Afriyie Ankrah, who spoke with GBC’s Ewurabena Paha said everything is set for the exercise tomorrow as the party and the EC have worked towards that.
