The NDC will go to the polls tomorrow to elect a flagbearer for the 2020 general election.
The polls takes place across all the 275 constituencies in the country.
Seven stalwarts of the party are battle ready to contest the Presidential Primaries.
They include Former President John Mahama, Prof.Joshua Alabi, Alban Bagbin and Sylvester Mensah.
The rest are Ekwow Spio-Garbrah, Goosie Tanoh and Nurudeen Idrissu.
Meanwhile the Police Service have warned that any unauthorized security arrangement made for tomorrow’s Presidential Primaries will not be tolerated.
A statement signed by the Director-General of Public Affairs, ACP David Eklu, urges party executives, delegates, sympathisers and the public to cooperate with its officers for a successful poll.
It said the Police will be in charge adding that any person carrying offensive weapons including guns, knives and machetes will be apprehended and made to face the full rigours of the law.
Meanwhile the Ashanti Regional Police Command has banned the use of motorbikes at all polling centers.
All motorbikes, whether registered or unregistered,found at the centres will be impounded and their owners arrested.
The Police is encouraging persons with vital information to enhance the maintenance of law and order during the elections to not hesitate to inform the Police through its emergency numbers and social media handles.
