The Member of Parliament for Tano South, Benjamin Yeboah Sekyere, has called for an even distribution of the national cake to beneficiaries of the newly created regions.
Speaking on GBC’s ‘Behind the News’, Mr Yeboah who pitched Bechem to host the Regional Capital, described the naming of Goaso as unfortunate. He however urged residents in the area to rally behind Goaso.
Mr Yeboah, however said that there is calm in the Ahafo area despite resentment from some residents.
