The Northern Regional Security Council (REGSEC) has cautioned supporters of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) who intend marching in Tamale tomorrow (Wednesday, December, 16), not to engage in acts that will undermine the peace and security of the Metropolis.
It has also directed the Police to agree with the organizers of the march on the dos and don’ts as well as the routes to ensure that other people go about their duties without problems.
This was contained in a statement issued by the Council and signed by its Chairman, Salifu Sa-eed.
The Statement called on those opposed to the march to exercise restraints to avoid any possible clashes.
