The National Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) has embarked on a five-day campaign tour of the Volta Region.
The tour took him to the Hohoe and Afadjato South constituencies, Ho West, Akatsi North, North Dayi, Anlo constituencies, among others.
He urged constituents to elect Dr. Bawumia and their parliamentary candidate for the development of the region and Ghana at large.
“Be reminded of the need to weigh the character of all the candidates vying for the presidency and vote for someone who is humble, has the requisite experience, and possesses bold solutions to address the challenges confronting the country,” he told the constituents.
In the Hohoe constituency, he joined MP John Peter Amewu as they visited and engaged with constituents in about 14 selected churches in the constituency.
“There is a need for constituents to choose a leader with character, empathy, and a development-oriented mindset. Peter Amewu embodies these traits. I appeal to you all to extend Peter Amewu’s mandate so he can continue representing you in Parliament,” he said.
Dr. Dwamena is expected to end his tour on November 12.
