The National Treasurer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Charles Dwamena, has assured the people of Penyito, a remote island in the Anlo constituency that there will be more development under a Bawumia-led government.

On the final day of his five-day campaign tour of the Volta Region, Dr. Dwamena emphasized that Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has bold solutions for the country’s development, making him the right choice to occupy the presidency.

“I’ve seen for myself the challenges you are facing, and I can assure you that a vote for a Bawumia-led government will ensure that you have your fair share of the national cake. He is a humble leader with the experience and bold solutions needed to address the nation’s challenges,” he told the people.

Dr. Dwamena joined the NPP Parliamentary Candidate for the Constituency, Mr. Seth Kwashie Yormewu, for a house-to-house campaign while also engaging with constituency executives and opinion leaders.

He urged the constituents to vote for Mr. Seth Kwashie Yormewu and Dr Bawumia who are both number 1 on the parliamentary and presidential ballot papers for a development transformation in the constituency.

The campaign tour, which began on November 8, took Dr. Dwamena through several constituencies in the Volta Region, including Ho West, Anlo, Akatsi North, Hohoe, Ho Central, and Adzato South.

Dr Dwamena, who has so far toured 106 constituencies in nine regions as part of the 2024 campaign, was accompanied by Mr Kwadwo Afari – the Director of Protocol at the NPP Headquarters and some staff at the National Headquarters.
