President Akufo-Addo has denied claims of endorsing any of the aspirants contesting in today’s Super Delegate Conference of the NPP.

President Akufo-Addo was answering questions from the media after casting the first ballot to begin the voting process at the party’s Headquarters at Asylum Down in Accra.

The President who arrived at the voting center around 9:03am said he is ”sure of a free and transparent process”.

Lawyer Justin Frimpong Kodua popularly known as (JFK) gave the assurance that the election will be conducted in a free and fair manner, adding that, at the end of polls no delegates will be allowed to cast their vote.

He said election breaches will not be condoned, stressing that all designated centers must wait after 1 pm before counting begins.

Mr. Kodua said the manner in which the Elections Committee has managed the process so far, is commendable. He assured the aspirants that all concerns raised prior to the election will be addressed.
