Vice Presidential Candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has accused the New Patriotic Party of vote buying in parts of the Central Region ahead of next week’s elections.
She has therefore encouraged the electorate to consider such monies being offered them as their own money but vote with their conscience.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang was addressing mini rallies in the region to end her campaign tour.
The first day of the two day campaign to the region took her to Assin Central where she addressed party sympathizers at Assin Nyankumasi, Assin Bediadua, Assin Akrofuom and finally at Asenadzi in Cape Coast North.
She continued to explain the people’s manifesto to the people. According to her, NDC is a development oriented Party whose work always reflected on the ground whenever they are in government.
She charged the people to be focused and vote massively against the NPP and not to be deceived by money.
