Prof Opoku-Agyemang begins phase two of Western tour

The National Democratic Congress (NDC), Vice Presidential Candidate Professor Jane Naana Opoku Agyemang is back on road as she commences Phase Two of a Western Regional Tour.

The three-day tour will take Prof. Opoku-Agyemang to Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira,

Amenfi Central, Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley and Wassa East constituencies.

The NDC running mate previously toured parts of the Western Region where she touted the good developmental work of the party canvassing for votes for the NDC.

Phase Two of the tour will also highlight some of the expectations of the next NDC Administration.

The tour aims to engage directly with communities, sharing the NDC’s strategic blueprint to RESET Ghana and foster inclusive growth for all citizens.

During this phase, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will visit key constituencies, including Ellembelle, Evalue Ajomoro Gwira, Amenfi Central, Amenfi East, Prestea Huni Valley, and Wassa East. Each stop will focus on outlining the NDC’s policies aimed at economic revitalization, job creation, and equitable development.

Her message will center around the party’s commitment to rebuilding the nation through a people-centered approach, addressing concerns raised by local communities, and laying out plans to restore Ghana’s economy, infrastructure, and social services. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang’s tour will also provide a platform to highlight the NDC’s vision for supporting women, youth, and marginalized groups in the Western Region.

In particular, the NDC’s plan for agricultural and industrial growth, educational reforms, and improvements in healthcare will be key talking points. Prof. Opoku-Agyemang is expected to meet with traditional authorities, market women, youth groups, and local leaders as she shares the NDC’s vision for resetting the nation and offering hope to communities across the region.

The tour will build on her previous engagements, where she emphasized the importance of unity and collective efforts in achieving national development, promising that the NDC will bring the change Ghanaians have been yearning for.
