Dean of Studies and Research at the Institute of Local Government Studies, Dr. Fred Agyarko Oduro says it is needless for political parties to regularly review their constitution.
He said the just-ended Conference of the NPP left much to be desired.
He said the Conference and proposals for amendment are coming rather too early especially since the Party is in power.
”The Party should allow the government to concentrate on running the country and not strategizing for the next election.”
Dr. Oduro conceded the suggestion to ensure the retention of MPs is laudable but was not in favour of Proposals for the NPP to open up its Electoral College.
