Two main political parties continue dialogue on vigilantism

A third meeting has been convened in Accra to dialogue on the best way to root out vigilantism.

This follows President Akufo-Addo’s call for a common ground by stakeholders to fight the menace.

The meeting which was attended by Political parties, Civil Society Organisations and Religious Organisations demonstrated their commitment to eradicating the growing vigilante activities.

Chairman of the National Peace Council, Professor Emmanuel Asante was hopeful the purpose of the dialogue will be achieved.

Professor Asante asked all to contribute to remove the activities of vigilantes.
