Release investigative report on last month's shooting incident at Alavanyo

The Chief and people of Alavanyo in the Hohoe Municipality have called on the Volta Regional Minister Dr Archibald Letsa and the Regional Security Council to urgently release to investigative report on last month’s shooting incident at Alavanyo Dzogbedze which claimed two lives.
This is contained in a statement signed by the spokesperson of Alavanyo Development Youth Association Wisdom Amlado.
It said the delay in the release of the report is causing a lot of anxiety and tension in the area.
The delay is also raising a lot of with regard to whether thorough and impartial investigation have been conducted into the killing.
The statement called on the IGP, to immediately interdict a former Volta Regional Police Commander DCOP Francis Doku for the way and manner he handled the incident.
The statement described his conduct as unprofessional hence the need for his interdiction to unravel the truth behind the incident.
