Gospel duo Tagoe Sisters made up of twins Lydia Dedei Yawson Nee Tagoe and Elizabeth Korkoi Tagoe, is set to celebrate its 40th anniversary on October 15th, 2023.
In an interview with an Accra based media station, the sisters disclosed that they are training twins and other people who want to be musicians to succeed them.
The veteran musicians indicated that the training is an initiative of the Tagoe Twin Foundation.
Tagoe Sisters have been a part of Ghana’s music industry for 40 years, starting from 1983.
According to them the 40th anniversary celebration, dubbed ‘Tagoe Sisters @40’ promises to be an unforgettable experience for their fans and followers.
Some guest performers billed for the event are the Daughters of Glorious Jesus, Kwame Eugene, Na Cee, among others.
