The Member of Parliament for Nsawam-Adoagyiri Constituency in the Eastern Region and the Majority Chief Whip in Parliament, Frank Annoh Dompreh, has urged teachers in his constituency to be proud of their hard work, which has raised educational performance in the area.

Speaking at his birthday dinner to award teachers and educational workers in his constituency, Mr. Annoh Dompreh said two years ago his constituency was adjudged the best-performing constituency in the Basic Education Certificate Exams (BECE) results in the Eastern Region due to the hard work of the teachers in the constituency.

According to him, some years ago, the constituency was at the bottom; however, through the hard work and sweat of the teachers and head teachers, the constituency has now moved to the top. He urged them to pray for him to continue the hard work to help improve the livelihood of people in the constituency.

Mr. Annoh Dompreh reiterated that he will do everything in his power and capacity to make life better for his people. He encouraged the teachers to continue to deliver their duties wholeheartedly to maintain the BECE performance status.

Mr. Annoh Dompreh urged the NPP National Delegates going into the NPP Presidential Delegates Congress on November 4 to vote for a candidate who has the interests of the party at heart. He encouraged the delegates to vote massively for the Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, as he stands to claim victory for the party in the 2024 General Elections.
