Ursula Owusu-Ekuful files to contest NPP Parliamentary primaries; pledges to retain Ablekuma West seat

Communications Minister, Ursula Owusu-Ekuful, also the Member of Parliament, MP, for Ablekuma West intends to return to the next Parliament as she successfully filed her nomination forms before the deadline.

She wrote in a post, “I have successfully filed my nomination form to contest the New Patriotic Party (NPP) parliamentary primaries and retain the Ablekuma West Constituency seat eventually”.

She touted her achievements courting constituents for support. 

“I therfore urge party members to throw their weights behind me as l execute my plans for the constituency”, she noted.

The Constituency had so far benefitted from numerous initiatives such as scholarships, small loans, skills acquisition for the youth, provision of ICT Labs, and road construction projects.

The New Patriotic Party, NPP has scheduled January 27, 2024, as the date for Parliamentary Primaries in Constituencies with sitting MPs.
