The President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku has revealed medics of the senior national team, the Black Stars are in constant touch with Ajax for Mohamed Kudus to join the BlackStars in Cameroon.
Kudus was part of Milovan Rajevac’s final list for the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Cameroun but yet to join the team.
In an interaction with the media at Wednesday’s training, the FA boss said the team was ready to welcome Kudus into the team.
“Kudus is injured and the medical team of the Black Stars is in constant touch with Ajax to know the best time for him to join the team,” Okraku said.
“The team is ready to welcome him into the team as soon as they are convinced of his recovery so he can fly to Yaoundé,” he added.
