Speaking on the GBC News’ Real Time Show ahead of the match, GBC’s sports journalist, Benjamin Willie Graham has expressed optimism about the Black Stars.
According to him, the Kumasi soil has been friendly with the Black Stars in terms of qualifiers.
“Kumasi has been a home for most of the Black Stars qualification matches. The last time Ghana lost in Kumasi was in the year 2000 in the AFCON quarter-finals match against South Africa. But when it comes to AFCON or World Cup qualifiers, the Black Stars have never lost a match in Kumasi,” he disclosed.
The Ghana Broadcasting Corporation will air the match on its four channels. These are, GTV Sports+, GTV, Garden City TV, and Obonu TV.
