The Management of Asante Kotoko SC, together with the leadership of its supporters, in a heartfelt tribute organized a night of vigil to honour the memory of Francis Yaw Frimpong, affectionately known as Pooley. The gathering took place on Sunday, 9th February 2025, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi, drawing in fans and community members to pay their respects to a cherished member of the Kotoko family who tragically lost his life during a Premier League match against Nsoatreman.
