Head Coach of the South African Senior National Team, Bafana Bafana, Molefi Ntseki praised the Head Coach of the Black Stars James Kwesi Appiah for his tactical brilliance in the 2-0 triumph over his side yesterday, (Thursday) at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium in the ongoing 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
Coach Appiah brought on debutant Kudus Mohammed to replace tired Alfred Duncan on the 62nd minute which changed the dynamics of the game leading to the victory-sealing goal.
Athletico Madrid star Thomas Partey and Mohammed Kudus were both on the score sheet as the Black Stars beat Bafana Bafana 2-0 to move second on the table behind Sudan who beat São Tomé 4-0 on Wednesday.
Ghana will make a trip to Sao Tome and Principe in their next Group C match on Monday, while South Africa are set to host Sudan on Sunday.
The Black Stars team will depart Accra for São Tomé on Sunday.
The Black Stars will play Sao Tomé four days later in the second group game on Monday.
