The Black Stars touched down in Kumasi to a hero’s welcome in the early hours of Friday, June 7, 2024, following their triumphant 2-1 victory over Mali in Bamako. The thrilling match, which took place on Thursday, June 6, 2024, saw the team demonstrate skills and determination, earning the admiration and applause of fans across the nation. The aircraft landed at around 1:30 a.m..
