DER KLASSIKER derby: Bayern Munich puts Dortmund to bed

After a disappointing defeat at the hands of third tier Saarbrucken, Bayern Munich took a drip to Dortmund for the much anticipated DER KLASSIKER derby. Bayern had a very tough week getting kicked out of the DFL Pokal.

Dortmund who have found it ever difficult to win the DER KLASSIKER derby since 2018 got trashed again by the boys from Munich. A very wonderful performance from Bayern Munich got Dortmund at the wrong side biting their nails.

This certainly could be the best performance Bayern Munich have had so far under Thomas Tuchel. The performance tonight is indeed a step in the right direction. 

Harry Kane has become some dude for Bayern, yet again scoring another hat trick to keep the top goal scorer race busy and interesting. Surprisingly Kane is scoring at a higher rate than Robert Lewandowski in the year he broke Gerd Muller’s record. 

A eye opener performance from Bayern’s youngster Pavlovic. His composure and ability on the ball earned him an assist which got Kane his hat trick. The youngster calmed the worries of the Bayern fans on the return of Kimmich.

Manuel Neuer made some lifeline saves to keep his clean sheet intact. Dortmund could have gotten their head back in the game, but thanks to Neuer, Bayern Cruised home with a 4 nil victory. A hat trick from Kane and a goal from Upamecano secured the goals for Bayern.
