Former GFA President and President of Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs, Nana Sam Brew-Butler has indicated that diplomacy is key in every nation’s football. Speaking on GTV Sports + program “saveourpassion” Mr. Brew-Butler said in football there are all kinds of skills, adding that it cannot be run without the requisite skills.

He said he was able to lead the GFA and handle his Club because of the skills he had gained in football.

Football is a business

”Football is a business, people and clubs must be up and doing in order to succeed in their goal”

“I was born into a football family, my father founded Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs, so I have come with a certain background” Mr Brew Butler noted

Ghana’s image in football has dipped in recent times, the country is living in its glorious past. 40 years without winning a trophy has become a worry to many people. Some have blamed the situation on bad infrastructure, lack of proper management.

Mr Brew-Butler thinks ”if the Clubs are managed well, football in Ghana can be restored”.
