Jordan Ayew came off the bench to help Leicester City secure an important point in a Premier League match against Ipswich Town on Saturday, 2nd November 2024.

After a scoreless first half, Ipswich took the lead in the 55th minute with a goal from Leif Davis.

Leicester pushed forward to equalize and got an advantage when Kalvin Phillips received a second yellow card and was sent off in the 77th minute.

This allowed Leicester to increase their attack.

Ayew, who came on in the 86th minute, made an impact by receiving a pass from Jamie Vardy in injury time. He scored the equalizer in the 90+4 minute, earning Leicester City a key point.

This was Ayew’s second Premier League goal for Leicester since joining earlier in the season. Meanwhile, Fatawu Issahaku, who was initially doubtful for the match, ended up playing the full 90 minutes.

The draw means Ipswich Town is still looking for their first win of the season, while Leicester City stays in 15th place in the Premier League with 10 points after 10 games.
