Thomas Partey has been left out of Ghana squad for Tuesday’s International friendly against Morocco.
Partey, 27, wasn’t named among CK Akonnor’s twenty-five players that landed in Rabat on Monday, June 7.
The Black Stars departed Accra on Sunday.
It is unclear why the Black Stars deputy captain has been left out but there is public speculation that his absence is related to him being sacked after failing to show up for training ahead of the Morocco test.
But reports also say the Arsenal midfielder was excused to miss Ghana’s friendly game.
The Ghana Football Association is yet to make an official statement.
The Twenty five players who made the trip are:
Goalkeepers: Razak Abalora, Lawrence Ati-Zigi, Ibrahim Danlad
