S-Inkoom Football Management Agency (SIFMA) delivered a remarkable tournament dubbed Showcase of African Nations on Saturday, April 20, 2024, in its first edition at the Madina Zongo Astroturf Zurak Park. This initiative attracted young players between the ages of 17 and 21 to showcase and express their talents on the field of play.
The event, which is sponsored by CEEK and supported by the National Sports Authority (NSA), had a very smooth opening with highly respected dignitaries like renowned football administrator and board member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, and Norwegian football businessman, Tony.
Footballers from different parts of the Greater Accra Region trooped in to take part in this wonderful life-changing experience organised by former Black Stars player Samuel Inkoom, who has spearheaded this brilliant initiative to grow young talents for the future.
Samuel Inkoom, in his address, encouraged the young players present, saying they should be ready to make a mark for themselves and Ghana. The former Black Stars defender motivated all the players taking part in the Showcase of African Nations to give it their all as the future awaits their greatness.
The young players on the pitch indeed proved that they are not only good players in the country but talented players as well.
After giving the good people of Madina a unique show, the S-Inkoom Football Management Agency (SIFMA) will be coming up with more exciting initiatives to continue to improve and grow football in Ghana.
The Showcase of African Nations tournament will not only focus on showcasing brilliant young talents but will also create an avenue for the best emerging players from the tournament to take their talent beyond Ghana.
