The Senior National Male Football Team, the Black Stars, on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 held their first training at the Cricket Complex in Abu Dhabi. The training is to get ready for their last World Cup friendly against Switzerland.
The Black Stars held their first training session in Abu Dhabi ahead of Thursday’s final friendly match against Switzerland. The players were in high spirits as they went through their paces. The game against Switzerland ranked 15 on the world rankings is housed in Group G alongside Brazil, Serbia and Cameroon.
Ghana, ranked 61, is in Group H with Portugal, South Korea and Uruguay. It is expected to give the technical handlers first-hand information about their readiness for their World Cup campaign which starts on the 24th with Portugal.
