The draw for the Round of 16 of the Adonai Estate Volta FA Cup competition for the 2023/2024 season has been conducted at the RFA secretariat.
This stage of the competition is the money-making zone, with qualified teams earning GHC 300 each for the first time.
The draw saw interesting pairings across various sectors, with WAFA SC (a former Ghana Premier League side) playing against Winning Stars from Dabala, Kpetoe Diamond FC playing against Dzemeni-based African Stars, and Dynamo FC facing off against Volta Freedom Fighters.
Also, Aflao-based Agbogba FC and former Division One side, Agbozume Weavers will lock horns at Denu St. Paul’s Park.
The other fixtures include Akatsi Kickers FC vs. Keta FC, Eleven Wonders vs. Sons of Thunder FC, and Akpini Stars vs. Burning Stars FC.
These games are scheduled for the 1st and 2nd of May 2024, respectively.
