Head coach of the Senior National Soccer Team, Otto Addo says midfielder Mubarak Wakaso’s inclusion in his team call-ups is a result of his experience, maturity, and past glory.
According to him, Wakaso performed well against South Africa in a qualifier match in Cape Coast in explanation to a question asked about Wakaso’s Controversial inclusion in the team.
Otto Addo made this known on Tuesday at the Press Center of the Cape Coast Sports Stadium after a final training session before the match.
“Like I said, we have some experienced players who have shown that they have the qualities, and may I ask you if you were at the match here in Cape Coast against South Africa where we beat them one-nil? Ok, you were there tell me how did you find his performance? If good then that’s the answer.”
