Ghanaian international footballer and LA Galaxy winger Joseph Paintsil is all set to release his debut EP, ‘Emergency’, on April 4, 2025. The 7-track EP is a reflection of Paintsil’s passion for music, which he has cultivated during his leisure time away from the football pitch. While football remains his first love, Paintsil’s creative journey into music showcases his versatility and dedication to exploring his talents beyond the sport.
‘Emergency’ promises to be an exciting blend of genres, featuring tracks such as Blessings, Nobody, Rejoice, Monalisa, Fine Like You, Higher (ft. Kweku Flick) and Merci Beaucoup (ft. Kweku Flick and Joekay). Paintsil, who formerly played for KRC Genk, worked on the EP during his injury recovery and downtime after training.
“I’m happy to share my music with the world,” he said, expressing his excitement. “Football will always be my first love, but I also love music and I do it at my leisure time. I hope everyone enjoys it.”
