A Lecturer at the University of Ghana, Dr Michael Kpessa-Whyte is expected to appear before the Supreme Court today to explain why he should not be held for contempt for his alleged malicious comments against the apex court.
He was summoned by the Court for allegedly using insulting words against it, in a tweet on May 19.He has since apologized and deleted the tweet.
