Stakeholders at the United Nations Human Rights Council UNHRC global forum, in Switzerland have identified knowledge gaps in human rights issues at country-specific-citizens levels.
This, they say, endengers human rights abuses perpetuated against the citizenry. They are therefore calling  for renewed efforts at Mass sensitization of citizens on human rights issues, resolutions, declarations, adoptions and implementation in order to demand accountability from the states.

To further close the gaps the stakeholders noted the  critical role of the media in helping with education on human rights issues, as well as increased presence of UNHCR, on both online and offline media, especially on social media.

Addressing police brutalities and criminal administrative justice is said to require collective responsibilities from all stakeholders, such as police, prosecutors, lawyers, and judges to play interconnected roles to mobilise global and in-country solidarity to protect and promote human rights of people of Africa descent relative to law enforcement, and criminal administrative system aimed at building equal and prosperous communities.
