He urged government to remove its appointees on the Governing Council of the University.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile,\u00a0Counsel for the reinstated Vice Chancellor of the University of Education Winneba, Prof Harold Atuguba has expressed\u00a0 satisfaction with the Supreme court&#8217;s decision to quash the High Court ruling to remove Prof. Mawutor Avoke from office.<br \/>\nIn an interview with Radio Ghana \u00a0Professor Harold Atuguba said there is the need to restrain celebrations as this is just the first step.<br \/>\nHowever, MP for Efutu and Counsel for the Plaintiff in the case, Afenyo Markin has debunked claims that the Supreme court&#8217;s ruling gave an indication that the induction of Prof. Afful Broni as Vice Chancellor of UEW should have been put in hold.
